Our main photographer and CEO has over 15 years experience in real estate photography. Beginning his journey to become a photographer at a young age he always had a passion for it. His adventure as a professional photographer began as a helicopter pilot, taking photos and videos of commercial properties, be it extensive areas of land, sky scrapers, strip malls, or full neighborhoods for developers and more, Our CEO Fernando Perez Carrillo would hang out of the door of the helicopter with his camera in hand to capture the perfect photo.

Times have changed much since then, technology has significantly advanced to the point of using drones and taking a few minutes for a aerial photo shoot instead of a few hours or all day, consisting of driving to the airport, paying for fuel, following aerial traffic patterns and finally taking the aerial photos! We only use top of the line equipment with over $150,000 worth of equipment. Our Aerial fleet consists of:

  • FreeFly Alta 8 with MOVI carbon for top of the line commercials, cinema quality and

  • Red Digital Cinema DSMC2 BRAIN 35.4MP Camera with MONSTRO 8K VV Sensor

  • DJI Ronin 2 Pro stabilizer

  • DJI Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X5s and X7 cameras with multiple interchangeable lenses.

  • DJI Mavic 2 pro for those occasions when the big drones just aren’t necessary and to provide a better price to the client.

When it comes to taking Real Estate photography equipment is key, while some photographers will claim to have a professional camera, but then show up with a canon 80D or similar, or worse. Not to say those aren’t good cameras, but when it comes to giving the best results you need actual professional full frame cameras, and wide angle lens. We only use the best:

We treat our clients like family and for that reason we have steady clients with us for years who are loyal to us for the amazing service they receive. Although we do have a Service and Rates page, that is mainly to give ideas of our prices, non are set in stone and we treat every deal as unique as the home being listed although it will never be more than listed.
